Have waited over 2 years and *still* no statue! Their customer service has only responded once after numerous emails… They claimed to be “checking with the studio”. I’ve heard absolutely nothing since then (over 3 months ago). Genuinely don’t think I will ever get my item. *Update on 4/21 - Received a refund of my deposit. No response or cancellation email - just credited out of nowhere. As such, I’m going to revise to a more positive rating. They still need to improve customer service though at least I wasn’t scammed.

100% avoid they take your pre order money and you never hear from them again. I’ve waited 10 months now and their customer service doesn’t exist. Can’t claim the refund back when you’ve trusted them and missed the time period with your bank

I put down 10 pre orders since Jan 2022 and I haven't received any. Some statues had arrived to other players 9 months. They held my deposit hostage and do not refund when clearly they know my statues will never come. Communication has been radio silent for the most part

I placed an order on January 2022, this item was available in many other websites and shown on video unboxing, so for sure the figure is issued everywhere but not by them…. I sent a lot of mails they always answered to wait. I paid deposit with paypal but after 3 months there is no way to get money back so i dont trust to complete the purchase . Never again! New update of 07.21 !!!! Fortunately after many mails They refunded me by WISE system. I suggest everyone to insist, good luck!

I have 2 orders 1 is mine and was made in oct 2022 or tho it is a pre order still havnt received any reply or update . 2nd my wife made an order in November 2022 (not a pre order) and she has emailed them numerous times and all they can say is waiting on the studio . So so far my experience hasn’t been the best and I’m always left in the dark . I understand that their busy but still keep me updated , it’s a lot of money and they clearly write no refunds

100% avoid there happy to answer your question when purchasing but after that no answer when you have a problem with your statue arriving which isn’t brand new and damaged, I will be claiming through my bank and if you haven’t and still waiting DO IT NOW!!

Really terrible customer service. I've reached out to them 3 times on different channels and I have no received a single response.

This was my first resin and have to say the quality was amazing and will be buying more
