IT’S NOT A SCAM but the customer service is insulting. It’s a joke at best. Also the shipping options they offer are A SCAM. So if This is the only site with the figure you want, you can go for it. if you have an alternative i strongly suggest the alternative. It’s my 4th experience with them (I bought preprders more than 1 year ago) and I can confirm it’s always the same.

Let me start with the cons first, before the pros. Con: EXTREMELY slow response time Shipping Times may be slow depending on where you are Pro: Cheaper than other places You do get your item if it's not out of stock So...they're legit, but could really, REALLY work on their customer service response times...

Received my item in perfect condition. Little late in answering the query, but all is good if you receive the product in the best condition. I am happy to purchase the resin statue from them
