Two years ago, we ordered a new shower fixture which was installed by a plumber. Almost instantly, we heard vibrations from the valve/cartridge. The plumber inspected it and determined it was defective. I wrote an email to giving tree and they sent a brand new cartridge. Well unfortunately, this new one they sent didn’t fit, so it wasn’t the same model/type. We lived with this vibration annoyance for a while but finally had another plumber come and take a look. He agreed with the first plumber about it being defective and indicated most of these parts are foreign made and a lot of them are junk. Unfortunate because we spent a good amount of money on the fixture and have to deal with the annoyance. In the future, just pay more money upfront and get a better brand like Moen or Delta. The parts and brand are well known by all plumbers and are trusted in their quality. Next time, we’ll fork over the money for quality. Order #GT1001420

Product seems to be ok so far except I did not receive all of the parts - however, customer service is a NIGHTMARE - they are giving me the run around - asking me to write to people's personal email address and then doing nothing. Bought item thru Home Depot and may have to return. Be warned.

The customer support is excellent. I had so many questions about the tub, and they helped me with each item, shared with me certifications, etc. Very positive, knowledgeable, responsive, and articulate. If they don't know, they don't pretend, and they look for the answer for you.

Good experience to work with very professional work

Our bathtub was delivered in a timely manner - the shipment company were fantastic, driver helped us put the tub into our garage. Packaging was first-class, really impressed with the crate. My husband and I were able to dismantle the crate easily using a hammer & screwdriver. Bathtub was perfectly protected with straps, styrofoam & cover. Absolutely delighted with our new tub, perfect condition - no marks or scratches and wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from GivingTree again.

Terrible customer service didn’t resolve any issues with the product! The item arrived damaged and they want me to fix it my self. After 2 months dealing with this they sent me a message they don’t have the parts any more

I very rarely do reviews but thought Giving Tree deserved it. I bought a stone resin soaking tub from Giving Tree and the quality was top notch and a price less than half my local stores. Product came as expected with quality packing for such a large and heavy product. Usually you only get two of three of price, quality, and service. Giving Tree gets high marks in all three.
