I was set up and raising money for for our cause within minutes. As the admin it was easy to manage and maintain. There are helpful tips on the most effective way raise money and the cash out process for the recipient was easy. The fees were competetive and almost all of the fees were covered by the donors.

This company allowed someone who enjoys spreading lies about innocent people to sweet talk the company into having that innocent person's fundraiser shut down. I had anple proof to back up my clain but this company showed a lack of compassion and morals. I will never use this company again nor will I refer people to it.

Lisa, I'm so sorry to learn of your terrible experience with GiveForward. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately, when a Fundraiser receives multiple flags from different sources, we must take these allegations very seriously. I apologize that this process resulted in the close of your page. If you want to discuss this matter further, please contact us at 312-322-1000 or [email protected]. Sincerely, Michael & The GiveForward Team

This website was easy, honest, direct, and fast. I don't have any complaints.

this site makes fundraising easy. The app for the iPhone could be a little better. At times when thanking someone it would not go through or show that you said the thank you. Also it was somewhat difficult to upload pictures.

Creating a fundraiser to help my daughter was easy and manageable. Using Social Media was a great experience.

I am very disappointed with Give Forward and their process of payment and lack of customer service. We Pay was very helpful in getting the funds to our bank account but I got little to no help from Give Forward. Their customer service was very rude and matter of fact and just told me to speak to We Pay for help. No follow up, no concern about not funding the bank account which was rejected 3 times. I expected more from a company who was trying to help individuals in need, but their lack of response and help has proven otherwise!

I'm so sorry to read about your negative experience with our site. This is, of course, not the type of service we strive for at GiveForward. Because we don't store specific payment information on GiveForward, we sometimes must rely on WePay to help us correct an issue like this. I appreciate your willingness to express your frustrations so we can work on improving our processes that failed you. Sincerely, Michael & The GiveForward Team

Setting up my fundraiser was quick and easy. The staff made themselves available at all times. I would recommend Give Forward to anyone needing their services and would certainly use them again.
