I checked out many sites before deciding to go with GiveForward. My experience with them was very positive. Lots of support. Easy to set up payments into my bank account. Very nice looking, easy to post to Facebook and/or email directly. Sent me reminders to thank supporters. The one thing I wish had been better was uploading photos. It was time consuming and had limited ability to size the photos so many I wanted to use just wouldn't work. This made posting updates more difficult than I would have liked. But overall the experience was very positive. Would recommend to others.

this site makes fundraising easy. The app for the iPhone could be a little better. At times when thanking someone it would not go through or show that you said the thank you. Also it was somewhat difficult to upload pictures.

I found GiveForward as a great tool in raising donations for the project I was working on. The ability for the donors to cover the processing fees is unique and increases the end total that you raise since you don't have to cover those on your own. I had an issue where I needed to change how a donor appeared on the page, and a quick and easy call to customer service fixed that in a matter of seconds. Although, it would have been great to be able to make those edits myself, along with including offline donations, the site is very easy to navigate, update, and share. I reviewed many sites before choosing GiveForward as my donation platform and am very thankful for the encouraging emails from the staff to help me raise more money.

Our fundraiser went pretty well. I did hear some complaints from our donors about how expensive their fee was. A $500 donation turned into $460.

Overall, this is a great website. Very easy to set up and for people to use. Daily transfers were very helpful. There was one transaction hat was made in error and took some back and forth and time to correct and thus giving 4 stars. Other than that, would highly recommend it.

All-in-all, it was an incredibly wonderful experience, with great customer service and support, and even in support of our charity itself, promoting it and making a donation. The only problem was the amount of spam donations we received. They were always refunded, but it got a little overwhelming and confusing at times. But again, GiveForward was always quick to help or answer questions. Highly recommended.

We exceeded our goal raising the funds to help with my daughters kidney transplant. GiveForward is user friendly.

It was very easy to set up and get te funds when needed. Was nice knowing people who donated has security when doing so.
