GiveForward turned out to be a remarkable choice for our fundraiser. They were easy to use, supportive throughout the process, and even though I had an issue that resulted from (my own) user error, they made it right for me. I hope I never know a close friend or family member who finds themselves in the position of having to raise funds for a loved one, but if they do, I'll definitely suggest they use GiveForward.

We raised funds to erect a memorial in honor of my late sister. After a large amount of research, I felt that GiveForward was the best choice for our needs. My ultimate goal was easily reached with the help and advise of our appointed coach. I am convinced I made the best possible choice.

It was novel experience for me, very touching, humbling at times, filled with wonder at human capacity for compassion and desire to help those in need. I had help with set up and was told it was pretty easy. One glitch I had was setting up the account, it took creating a new e-mail address to get over that. Small thing. Also I'd like to see some sort of document produced to use for taxes, some sort of form with all the donations and dates. Just a thought. Creating a memory book is a very good idea, just wish it was cheaper for people like us. That's why I had a fundraiser, brain surgery and rehabilitation does not come cheap.
