I would recommend giveforward to anyone trying to raise money . I was raising money for my brother who was going through cancer treatments. We raised enough to cover expenses of traveling back and fourth, a three hour trip one way.

GiveForward is easy and straight-forward to use. I had no problems setting up my account and appreciated the variety of payment options I was given. GiveForward also allowed us to keep more of the money we raised than any other fundraising source I looked in to. I would definitely use GiveForward again and have recommended it to several people in need of medical fundraising tools.

I was very happy with the results and ease of use of this fundraising site. Everyone I spoke to was happy with how things worked out. The one thing I would say is an easier way to edit pictures or allow for re-ordering uploaded pictures, but those aren't as important as the fundraising itself!

Easy to setup .

My younger brother committed suicide earlier this year, and a lot of people were offering condolences and asking how they could help. I figured they'd feel better if they were able to contribute to funeral costs, so did a quick web search for fundraisers and GiveForward came up. It was easy to set up the fundraiser and share information about it via social networking sites. Not only did my family's friends contribute, but friends of friends also contributed out of sympathy for our mutual friends' loss. We nearly met our goal, and the funeral expenses were completely covered by the generous donors. The only trouble anyone had--and I think it was 1 out of about 100 people--was with the small fee (taken from the fundraiser and not charged to the family) for maintaining the services offered by the site.

The site was very helpful and had a large reach. A very effective fundraiser.

It let me to do for my friend (and her family during the expensive, uncertain times following a medical crisis) what I couldn't from 1500 miles away - help. They needed care givers, and I couldn't be there to physically help, but they could hire someone. I'm glad that this site was available for me to put together quickly and easily. We reached our goal, and then some!

Loved the whole process. Having a coach to ask questions, even sometimes as they were silly/obvious, was the best part. Made it super easy to create a fundraiser- couldn't have been a more efficient process.
