Givebutter associates have been responsive and patient with our small church's volunteers trying to learn GB features and raise funds to save our historic building. Clear instructions provided. Seem highly motivated to help.

What made this experience exceptional was the genuine concern, care, and attentiveness shown by the agent, Jem. Her customer service was truly impeccable. As someone from the person‑to‑person generation, I felt that Jem offered me the same level of respect and consideration she would want for herself — the true embodiment of “Do unto others…” Her patience, knowledge, and understanding immediately put me at ease and made resolving my issue feel effortless. Jem carries a rare blend of competence and compassion that is increasingly hard to find. If I could, I would clone her — because as I build an entity centered on caring for others, I recognize how invaluable it is to have someone who understands the heart of customer care. Give Butter chose well when they selected Jem. In my opinion, she deserves a promotion to Senior Client Care Coordinator and a raise equal to the excellence she delivered today — five stars, multiplied by five. If she ever decides to depart from Give Butter, I hope she finds me somewhere in the world. She'd have a place with a True Sister! Empress

Empress, what an incredibly kind and thoughtful review. Thank you for taking the time to recognize Jem in such a meaningful way. We couldn’t agree more that great support is about so much more than simply resolving an issue. It’s about making someone feel heard, cared for, and respected along the way, and we’re so happy that’s exactly how Jem made you feel. We’re incredibly lucky to have her on our team, and you can be sure your beautiful words will be celebrated with her. And “five stars, multiplied by five” might just be one of the best compliments we’ve ever received. Thank you for trusting Givebutter and for showing Jem the same kindness and appreciation she showed you. It truly means a lot to all of us.

Great customer service. Simple, affordable, all in one platform for an all volunteer team. Givebutter has helped us scale our operations, while saving us time and money-resources always in short supply!
Response from GivebutterSep 8, 2026
Thank you so much, Sanjay! We know how valuable time and resources are for an all-volunteer team, so it means a lot to hear that Givebutter has helped you save both while growing your operations. And thank you for the kind words about our Support team! We’re always here when you need us and so glad to be part of the work you’re doing.

Givebutter is serious about helping anyone raising money. The platform is easy to use, the customer service is top notch, every tool I could think possibly need is there. It just seems set up with the fundraiser in mind. I am so grateful to have this tool as I build a music community.

Great service. If you can't find the configuration you're looking for from the documentation don't hesitate to reach out online. Although the Givebutter AI is good getting to a real agent is amazing as they are able to make configurations that are not available through the dashboard. Fast, friendly and 24x7!
Response from GivebutterAug 26, 2026
Thank you so much, La Mesa History Center! We’re so glad our team could help with those configurations and make things a little easier for you. We know sometimes you just need a real person to jump in and help, and we’re always happy to do that. Thanks for the kind words and for choosing Givebutter!

Hit a weird glitch setting up our emergency vet fund page last Tuesday. Thought I was doomed, but their 24/7 live chat got back to me in literally two minutes and fixed it on the spot. Payout took three full days to hit our Chase account though, which was slightly annoying while sitting on open clinic invoices. But we aren't getting bled dry on platform fees, so I'll take it.

Thanks for sharing, Joan, so glad our team could jump in and get things sorted so quickly! 💛 We also hear you on the wait for funds to reach your bank. Givebutter Wallet and spend cards may be a great option for faster access to your funds. Feel free to reach out to our support team anytime, and we’d be happy to walk you through the options and see what works best for your organization. Thanks for trusting Givebutter with your emergency vet fund! 🧈
