Bry was very patient with me. He used video screenshots to help me through the process.

Bry for the win! We’re happy the videos made things a little easier to follow and helped you through the process. We’ll make sure Bry sees this too. Thanks again, Tim!

Our nonprofit has worked with Givebutter software for five years and find it to be the most affordable and easiest to use software for fundraising and events. Their customer service is excellent and staff (yes, real humans!) are incredibly helpful. Their team is constantly making improvements to the platform to make both the customer (us) and user (our patrons) experiences better. We've seen requests for new features get upvoted and built within months! I've recommended this software to several nonprofits and they all give it rave reviews. Ten stars out of five!! We love Givebutter!!

We are using the 'tap to pay' option for our fundraiser and GB was very helpful in getting that set up so it worked. We walked through all the possibilities and finally came across the issue and got it resolved. Thanks GB!

Glad we stuck with it and got Tap to Pay up and running for your fundraiser! Thanks for working through it with our team, Kanoe. Hope your fundraiser is a great one!
