Chino was responsive and solved my problem
Chino stuck with the issue until it was solved. Chino was professional and courteous, committed to the tenets of CX. The situation required him to "think outside the box," and he did. congrats Give Butter for recruiting such a stellar professional!

i had several detailed questions and…
i had several detailed questions and tried to use the chatbot. once my questions surpassed the chatbot's ability to help they immediately switched me to a human who was patient, answered my questions thoroughly to answer my immediate needs, and provided me with resources to support more learning and interest. I am excited to use more tools.

Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish
My experience was amazing from start to finish. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt heard and understood. They responded quickly with helpful information that allowed me to come up with a solution. I truly appreciated their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Great product! Best Fundraising Platform by far!
Great product! Best Fundraising App by far! The help desk is always so helpful and this app is pretty slick. Love that there is always new features coming out.

The company makes creating a donation seamless and easy
The company makes creating a donation page easy and anytime I had an issue such as not knowing how to do something they have humans behind the scenes to help you with whatever you need. And that is important in this day and age.
