Rita was amazing
Rita was amazing. I had accidentally deleted something on one of my campaigns and I was stressed about the effect on my site. She was able to involve the engineering team and resolve my issue, following up as she said she would. Excellent customer service.

LIve Chat thats REALLY helpful! I was stuck with setting up part of a campaign and Salma figured out a solution and jumped in to help herself as opposed top just sending me a to do list! Wonderful!

I am not a tech guru
I am not a tech guru. My web developer was out of town today and we needed to integrate the platform and be ready for our fundraiser. Not only was Givebutter willing to walk step by step with me, they we patient as I had my hosting service on the phone allowing me to troubleshoot with both companies. As a result we identified the problem and resolved it within 30 minutes.

Their customer support was very…
Their customer support was very helpful. They asked me to do many things to get the account working but guided me all the way. Even if I was talking to different people, it was seamless I think. To those who helped me, I hope you get a raise. Flip, Jem, Salma and Xyon.

Customer support is over and beyond…
Customer support is over and beyond helpful!! We are very small npo but working at organizing better in order to fund better. Givebutter has been there to help with any question I might have or problem (that ends up not a problem after their assistance).

I love this platform for fundraising
I love this platform for fundraising. It was very easy to use and I appreciate the customer service help when needed. I would recommend this platform for any organization that is trying to do fundraising and do not want to deal with actual funds. 😊
