The support staff at Givebutter have just been amazing. I had made a little bit of a complicated mess which was entirely of my own doing, they patiently helped me uncoil understanding what I had done so I could fix it.

I consistently get the help I need through the AI bot but when additional assistance is required, the customer service is always amazing. Rey took care of my needs today and made it look so easy. When I'm busy working on the fundraiser, it's nice to know I don't have to stress about my giving platform!
