I am a website designer and have several non-profit clients setup on Givebutter; some we even continue to assist regularly. Givebutter has been a huge blessing to all of them. Givebutter's support has always been quick to respond, very helpful, they've given specific guidance on how to find what we need or how to change what we need to. One of my clients has utilized support with migrating their contacts and data over from a different platform. Givebutter helped them tremendously. That client provided a great deal of feedback as they went through that challenging transition. Nonetheless, Givebutter was great at guiding them, hearing them out, and doing their best to understand my client's needs, as well as pass along any feedback to their team to make Givebutter even better. That client has already seen some of their feedback implemented. All of us are extremely grateful for Givebutter.
