Amazing help with problem solving an issue.
I had several people involved in an issue and all were extremely helpful, patient and willing to help problem solve the concern. It finally resulted in my being offered a work around and the concern posted for feedback by others. 5 stars for all.

Joyce made our experience great
Joyce made our experience great. Joyce was prompt, responsive, and diligent as we worked through a technical issue that got in the way of us leveraging Givebutter's integration with social media. Despite the challenges, Joyce was kind and perfectly helpful in finding a solution for us. 5 stars!

After 34 years as a nonprofit, we asked and we were helped.
After 34 years as a nonprofit, we finally needed to ask for help for one of our faithful volunteers. We had never used an online service for our NGO. The platform was easy for this nearly 80-year-old volunteer, and the staff were fast, friendly, and totally helpful with my mound of questions. The patrons seem delighted with the online service, presentation, and layout. I was fearful but loved the experience!
