All of our interactions with the GiveButter customer support have been great. Always helpful, from the chatbot providing instructions for commonly asked questions, to the support provide by staff that requires understanding the specific question / issue and research to find a specific solution. GiveButter has the best customer service ever! I am no whiz at handling tech stuff but they are so clear and patient. Sometimes I feel like I am actually talking to the "human agent" who is helping me. I am so grateful to finally find a CRM that has just prices and amazing customer service!

GiveButter gives our small non-profit everything we need to engage our audience and grow our revenue. This is our organization's first CRM, email channel, and Ways to Give page. I just wrapped up my very first GiveButter auction, and honestly, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I came in as a total newbie. I’m an instructional designer and a volunteer with the Friends of Roswell Police (FORP), so I’m used to organizing things, but an online auction is a different beast entirely. Enter Salma. She was the first person I connected with, and she made everything click. Patient, kind, and totally on top of things. She walked me through those early “What am I even looking at?” moments and helped me build a solid start. Then, once the auction was over, Erin stepped in like a true pro. She immediately noticed that I had been testing with my very first item and that one test setting accidentally caused that item to end earlier than the rest of the auction. I hadn’t even put that together yet! She broke it down clearly, fixed the confusion, and made sure I fully understood what happened and how to avoid it next time. Her attention to detail and easygoing guidance were exactly what I needed. Between the platform’s ease of use and the genuinely thoughtful support from Salma and Erin, GiveButter turned what could’ve been a stressful first auction into something smooth, successful, and honestly… pretty fun. If you're running anything for a community group or nonprofit, this platform makes you feel like you’ve got a whole team behind you. Huge thank-you to Salma and Erin. Y’all made this first-timer feel like a seasoned fundraiser.

My family started our nonprofit and didn't know what to do... We were trying to duct tape softwares together to make it work. It was clunky, costly, and - honestly - probably non-compliant. When we found GiveButter, we thought it was too good to be true... but it's not! It's incredible and has changed everything about how we operate.
