DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give zero stars if there was an option for that. I was already on a high dose and since they changed pharmacies, they made me retake an intake form. I specified I wanted to increase my dose and guess what? They sent me to the lowest dose again. I contacted them immediately after seeing the error on my prescription and they took many days to reply back. I was assured they will cancel my order but they didn’t, they ended up shipping it and charging me for it even though I caught the error immediately and asked for a cancellation. Now they are denying me a refund of $447 for their incompetence. They trick you and make it seem like you request a lower dosis during intake so they can charge you for longer when increasing your dose. I am forced for fight the charge with my bank now but I will never do business with them again. Save your money and go with a better and more reputable company that this scam of a company. EDIT: After my first review, Oscar manager at gimme care reached out to me and offered a $447 store credit as a solution to my issue. I appreciated it, and accepted it since I never had an issue with the product itself. I would’ve given a 5 star review if I didn’t have to be fighting back and forth with their customer service, that was a very frustrating experience. After all I’m glad my issue was fixed and the manager took accountability.

The pricing at Gimmie Care, I could not pass up. Canceled my old provider and made the switch. Started the process that was quick and easy, received my meds within 7 days. Love how smooth the process was!

Gimme has been a challenge to communicate with but at times… I have now over time developed a relationship with Mary and can finally have questions answered. Although Mary has been great to work with it concerns me that the Drs change your prescription and change your pharmacy without informing the patient. They also change concentrates and compound formulas and say it is because they switched to a pharmacy closer to where I live. ?????? There Portal is very cumbersome to use and I only use it to track my shipments. Doctors never respond to Portal questions and if you need to communicate like I do with Mary……email them only!!!! Find your person with these GLP1 providers or you could get lost in the swamp out there. Glad I found my Mary!!!!

My order was sent to the pharmacy on Monday and still hasn't shipped. I messaged customer service over 24 hours ago and still haven't received a response. My last order shipped the next day last time. They took the payment for it. I just don't want to run out.

There's no support. My order wasnt fulfilled after almost a week, there's no phone number for support, AI chat support blocks after you send the first message saying a person will review and will answer soon but They dont answer anymore, waiting for 24h with no way to contact them.
