Gimme Care is a virtual company, so navigating their support system requires a bit of patience, as some interactions are with AI chat bots and some are with real people who operate during business hours. But overall, my experience with both medical (dosage assistance) and non-medical teams (billing, shipping questions, etc) has been positive. My issues have been resolved, and my medications arrive on time and in good condition.

Dr Olivia has been very kind and quick to offer any help I may need as a new patient. She even sent me a text asking if I had any questions she could help me out with. I’m excited for my treatment!

I've had a very good relationship with this company. This is the first company in which the support staff, the Doctors, basically everyone involved is very helpful, informative and most of all caring. The Doctors and staff really care. They monitor your meds and are concerned about patients progress as well as any problems that may occur. This company monitors dosage and gave me a plan from the start of a titrate plan to reach my goal. The staff listens to my needs as well as my concerns. Their customer portal allows us to manage our own schedule if we request to take a break, make our payments, and makes it easy to stay on a plan. I think the meds are good and they work. I have lost 30 lbs and this is the first time in my life that I have lost weight and I feel that with Gimme.care I will reach my goal. I was very disappointed the review and the shipping information said it was a quick process I placed my order on September 23,2026 was approved September 24,2026 my prescription was sent to the pharmacy on September 25,2026 from there I didn’t get any new updates I sent a message 7 working days after got a respond 3 days after they said sorry and sent it to a different pharmacy then I waited 7 more days and they said sorry again and I gave up and canceled my order and asked for a refund this worst experience ever because I was so excited and they let me down.

I am very impressed with the communication and support that I have already received in simply starting! WOW! 5 Stars
