PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Their shipment takes so long to get delivered. They only put one ice pack and by the time it gets to you the ice pack turns into a heat pack. The vials that come with it are already degraded and compromised because of the temperature. They don’t do refunds or replacement either therefore you’re paying for low quality medication. There’s other companies out there that provide with same medication with overnight shipping. This is not it for me. Learned my lesson and will not be trusting this company ever again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Chat is not chat, you just a leave a message and maybe someone replies via email a day or two later. The reply appears to be AI because it does not address the chat question at all. No way to respond or reach a live body. First order took over two weeks. It sat in UPS warehouse for three day and arrived warm, 85 degrees. No phone number. Run away from this company.
