Mary was wonderful. 5stars…The rest of your support is lacking…it took me 5 days before I finally found Mary…the rest of you chats simply referred me to another AI. I needed a person to explain all my issues.. My friend referred me to your company, their experience has been different than mine. I would NOT recommend your organization after my experience been much different than mine

This being my first order, I didn’t know what to expect and was quite anxious when problems came up. It did take a little bit to hear back from customer support, but by the time I did they had taken care of the issue and updated me on the status. Andrea was very helpful and knowledgeable!
