The whole gimme experience has been great.

From initial consult to order completion it was a breeze. Shipping took about 7 days from the time the order was sent to the pharmacy. I’ve had no problems with gimme, they’ve been great!

I previously gave this company a bad review and I want to revise that review. I tried to find it and edit it but I couldn't so I'm writing a new review. I looked at the few bad reviews I saw on this site and at first it looked like I was going to have a similar experience. However, they stayed in touch with me constantly until I received my medication in the correct amount. Fedex held the order in their warehouse for 5 days, but that had nothing to do with Gimme. They did everything they told me they would do. I don't just write reviews when something negative happens. I also want to give credit where credit is due. This company has the GLP-1 medication at great prices, there is great communication if there is any kind of question or issue. I can't recommend them any higher.

Great service. It does take a day for them to get back to you but it days clearly say that in the chat. Once they engage in the chat they are super responsive. Great service!

Signing up was easy, their price point was fantastic, however I have not heard one word from either a Doctor or customer service. It has been 3 days, of course 2 of these days were the weekend, however it is a week day and I have heard NOTHING of my order.

A unique circumstance that resulted in an unfortunate delay at the FEDEX location. This resulted in my medication arriving 7 days after leaving the Pharmacy. Although the FEDEX kept it refrigerated during that time, the freezer packs had defrosted and the shipment arrived at room temperature. Ordinarily, the medication is stable for 21 days, at room temperature. In my case, I expected the medication to arrive as it usually does, within 2 days, and then refrigerate it. I am going on an overseas trip and will have freezer pack storage while I am travelling, but it would be beyond the specification for the medication storage and therefore not usable at the timeframe (MAY-2 to JUN-9) I needed to have it for. When I explained these circumstances, Eva the Agent totally understood and reordered my medication for reshipment. I appreciate Gimme Cares understanding in this unique situation. Thank you again !
