The support staff and doctors were amazing. I had been denied by my insurance after 2 years on another GLP. I was open and honest with all the requested information as I was really excited to have a chance on the medication at an affordable price. After my first injection I actually exacerbated one of my concerning medical conditions. I explained everything to the doctor. I was already working closely with my own specialist who was not able to prescribe due to insurance denial of coverage. The doctor working with me immediately recognized the cause of the severe side effects of the starting dose. Working with the prescribing doctor and my specialist we restarted the medication at a lower dose with a better understanding of ways to prevent side effects I have already had 2 doses if the adjusted medication and have had no side effects at all. I feel I am working with a knowledgeable team to maintain management and still get to a dose to ensure I reach the full benefits.

Everything explained very well. Different products they have and what they do. Person to Dr answers any questions you may have. Very good customer service.

First off I had two vials that came to me with hardly anything in them, which I thought was very odd. Then, when I tried to confirm if this was what I was supposed to have it took a day for them to get back to me then after all of that was settled here’s what happened not half an hour after I did my first injection I threw up. I threw up for three days then I got diarrhea. I’m on day six now of really not eating yet just stuff in my face with water and trying to eat eat a little little little bit bit of protein now and then nothing taste good anymore. I am so disgusted with this program. Nobody was there to talk to. You had to wait for them to get back to you. No phone number to use. I give them a big big fat zero.
