I've been using Gimme for a couple months and the service has been great. I have not had any issues with my orders or medications. While they do not have a live chat per se, if you start a support request they are quick to have a live person get back to you. I wanted to delay an order and after a miscommunication on my part as to which med I was trying to delay Eva was quickly able to address my issue and get the issue resolved.

So far, all good. The process was simple. I also appreciated the follow-up information and directions on what to observe for and what to expect.

I got approved quickly but I have yet to get a shipping update and it’s been over a week and I still can’t get ahold of anyone. It shows it’s been sent to the pharmacy but there’s not been an update since and that update was the same day I ordered it and already paid for it. Their communication should be a lot better considering it’s a legal Dr online and Drs are always communicating with their patients and support should be easier to speak to instead of a bot. I just want my prescription in a timely manner and not have to stress about waiting for ever on every future order
