Hi Jamie, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. At the time, the compounding pharmacy assigned to your prescription unexpectedly stopped compounding, which caused delays and disruptions in fulfillment. We recognize that we should have provided clearer communication and more proactive notification regarding the situation, and we’re truly sorry for the confusion and lack of clarification throughout the process. We also understand your frustration regarding communication channels. While we currently provide support through the customer portal and email rather than phone support, we know how important timely and transparent updates are when treatment is interrupted.

Hi Mark, it’s disappointing to hear that your experience with both the product and customer support did not meet your expectations, and we understand the frustration expressed in your review. We recognize how discouraging it can feel when progress does not align with expectations. It’s important to note that everyone responds differently to treatment, and lower introductory or microdoses are not intended to produce the same effects or results as higher doses. If patients ever have concerns about their progress, dosage, or response to treatment, we strongly encourage them to discuss those concerns directly with their physician so adjustments and expectations can be reviewed appropriately based on their individual treatment plan.
