This is my 2nd order with Gimme. I was concerned about getting the requested medicine. I emailed Gimme Care after each order to confirm that my medicine was being compounded by a particular pharmacy. In less than 24hrs, I received feedback from Gimme confirming that my request had been done. From order to receipt was less than 7 days! My experience with Gimme Care both times has been EXCELLENT!

The product is good. It ships fast. Customer service is easy to access and very responsive. I took a chance getting my medicine this way, but it's paying off. Can't beat the price and can't beat the service.

I’m just getting started - 3 weeks in - but it’s going better than I expected and I’m grateful for the clear communication and support. I really didn’t know what to expect, but I am experiencing far less “food noise” - something I didn’t dare hope for but desperately needed. So I can share that much at this early point in the game!

It was super convenient to connect to a provider and get support with what I need! I love the interface to help me keep track of my injection dates as well as calories and weight. Contacting support has also been quick and easy to get help with any questions I have!

Tried this company out because of their prices. Their customer service gets zero out of five stars - it takes them a day to even respond, if they do, and usually they just close the chats, saying you are inactive before you can even respond. I received my first shipment and it arrived damaged (poorly packaged by the pharmacy) - the ice pack was melted and warm and the vial was WARM. I immediately reported the incident to customer service and disposed of the bad medication (since it is supposed to be kept cold). After 24 hours, I finally get a message back asking me to send photos of the vial and how it arrived (with the packaging), but I was not made aware that I needed photos for proof to get a replacement - and the vial and shipping materials had all already been disposed of. Customer service has since given me the run around and NOT shipped my replacement medication because they are saying they need proof, even though NO ONE told me to take photos the day it arrived and it is not stated anywhere on their portal what to do if you receive bad medication. I have now told them (3 days later, after trying to resolve this issue with support for 3 days) that they can either issue a replacement for the medication I paid for, or they can fully refund me so I can take my business elsewhere. Do NOT use this company. I will be leaving a review for their poor customer service and contacting the BBB

Andrea helped guide me through the process of getting my prescription on track. I live in a big city where unfortunately, sometimes packages are stolen. I really appreciate the care and kindness (and swiftness) that she took in getting things back on track!

Juan at Gimme Care is AMAZING! He made my worries go away with my pharmacy request and reassured me that my future orders would be coming from the new pharmacy.
