I needed to have a adjustment in the compound b12 to B6 due to b12 causing break outs for me. It did take a while to get a response but i did get one and they were able to help me with my next shipment next month. I do recommend contacting within enough time if your needing help with your prescription.

I ordered my 2nd vial on May 11th...The medication arrived hot and mixed with B-12, they did nothing to rectify the situation and the medication DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!! I contacted support about the situation... My vial came hot from the same pharmacy that someone else was speaking about Greenwich, TX... I called the pharmacy and they told me their products withstand heat. So.. im thinking thats what may have happened to my vial as well. Although nothing was done to rectify the situation

With my first few weeks I have loss 10+ pounds. Not hungry. So far very satisfied with my progress.

The compounding pharmacy that Gimme used for me is Greenwhich RX in Tomball TX (Houston). Gimme prepares the UPS labels so the pharmacy has no control over the service level. Gimme is cheap and uses 2-Day Air but doesn't pay for Saturday delivery. Texas is HOT. Tirzepatide must remain between 36 and 46 degrees. If it warms to room temperature then it must be used within 21 days. If it goes above 86 is it spoiled. The idiots shipped it out Friday and UPS slows the shipment because they only paid for 2 Day when Ground would have been received next day and on Saturday. (I live in Ft. Worth). So of course the ice pack did not last 4 days. They replaced the order but then shipped it 2 Days again! It arrived on day 2 at 72 degrees (and that's 3 month supply so only 2 weeks is viable). This was just dumb luck that the temps were in the 70's because it was raining. So then they're arguing that the compound pharmacy did some temperature studies and it's safe up to 95 degrees. Well I highly doubt that if that's true that the Brand manufacturer Lilly would have engineered a higher temperature range. But in any event there still is the problem that once the chemical warms above 46 and below 86 (room temperature) it must be used within 21 days. Then after all this Gimme didn't cancel my subscription and then shipped me another dose 1 month later and did the exact same thing shipped it 2 Day. Most consumers are just unaware of the temperature problem with shipped medications. And it's well over 100 degrees in summer in Texas and every shipment leaving that pharmacy is exposed to high temperatures. I had to stop using the brand name because insurance stopped covering it. Since switching to compounded Tirzepatide my hunger is not suppressed and I believe it's because the medicine got corrupted in shipment.

Gimme has made it easy for me to try NAD+. I just started using NAD+ so it’s a little early for results.
