I purchased compounded Tirzepatide through Gimme Care expecting a legitimate healthcare service and safe medication handling. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The medication I received is temperature-sensitive and arrived under conditions that raised serious concerns about its integrity and safety. When I reported the issue, Gimme Care repeatedly shifted responsibility to the compounding pharmacy instead of taking ownership as the company that sold me the service and accepted my payment. I requested supporting documentation regarding the medication’s quality and handling, but I was never provided with any laboratory reports, stability studies, or evidence demonstrating that the product remained safe after the shipping conditions I observed. The only documentation provided was shipment tracking information. To make matters worse, my access to the patient portal was later blocked, preventing me from communicating through the account I used to purchase the medication. The BBB was also unable to pursue my complaint because the business was reported as unreachable or appeared to be out of business. As a consumer, I believe healthcare-related companies should provide transparent communication, accessible customer support, and take responsibility for resolving legitimate concerns involving patient safety. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gimme Care.
