Incredible communication
Incredible communication! So rare to have questions answered before you ask them and feel genuinely taken care of. I encountered a “glitch” where even though my payment went through after needing to be corrected it did not get sent to pharmacy for almost a week. I reached out to inquire and it was taken care of immediately, I was told what happened, how it would be fixed, and what to expect next. Truly so impressed.
