I'm appreciative for the Giggster platform - allowing me a reliable source to advertise (and manage) my event space for short-term rental. I look forward to meeting new 'clients' and seeing how the rest of the Giggster process supports me from bookings to payment.

Easy way for potential renters to find our space, but the fees are really high so we have to charge significantly more than when someone contacts us directly - which probably deters potential rentals. Payout also takes quite a while to hit our bank account after a rental.

I have been using this platform, and I am doing very well in the photoshoot and event business. I recommend anyone on thinking of doing a business like this on their property to use Giggster. Professional and great platform.

We also appreciate how many ways there are to customize how information is displayed for each space. It allows us to present our rooms clearly and thoughtfully, which makes a big difference for prospective renters. One feature we’d love to see added is a custom intake form for new inquiries, especially for film shoots. Having a way to collect details like crew size, equipment, timing, and scope upfront would help us better understand what to expect without needing multiple follow-up questions. Overall, Giggster has been working great for us and has been a valuable tool in managing bookings and visibility for our space.
