I’ve used giggster at least 5 times. I’ve only ever had one issue- the space I booked was in fact being lived in by someone and we couldn’t access the premises. In that situation giggster worked fast to find an alternative so our shoot wasn’t too disrupted. The lesson we learnt, if your space is on an auto book, do not go to the venue until you’ve had direct correspondence with the host. It sounds obvious but a lot of bookings have all the information you need and auto book- they’re take the money- but it doesn’t mean you’ll get that space (even after auto confirmation).

The people are friendly very helpful and understanding.

Platform was relatively easy to use. My only suggestion at this point would be to allow hosts to set different hourly rates for evenings, weekends, holidays and high demand dates.

I wish Giggster had more functionality. And it was easier to update in booking when things change.

The platform has a great reach. Without it we wouldn’t get the level of inquiries or bookings that we’ve received for our space. One suggestion would be the ability to copy and paste our messages as we often repeat the same replies to most inquiries and it’s a pain to type out everything all the time.

The fees are quite high but had two great experiences with bookers so far, no complaints. Thanks

I’ve had my space listed on Giggster for a little while now and just completed my second booking. The platform makes it easy to manage inquiries and coordinate with guests. I appreciate how the interface handles the logistics, so I can focus on making sure the space is ready for the shoot. It’s been a fun way to earn extra income from my property, and the support for hosts has been solid. Definitely recommend it if you have a space to share!
