I am relatively new to giggster but my experience has been very positive so far. The production agencies that come in are respectful and platform is easy to use.

I have been lucky to always have good experiences with this site and the people who take the time to rent. The latest was the best ever.

I've rented twice and both spaces I rented, I was the last to use the studio for the day. Both times, people left their trash and didn't clean the room. They left all their items everywhere, chairs unfolded and randomly in the room. None of the owners offered credit or a discount for another booking. The latest owner offered me an extra hour - I did not need another hour. I didn't want to be responsible for being fined for other people's carelessness. I've written reviews for Giggster about this, but nothing is ever done and there is no accountability for owners.

Giggster has been a great platform for our space to be found by various creators and celebrators. Excited to keep it going!

I've been using giggster for the past year for bookings at my studio space. It was easy to set up and get started, create a listing, and start bookings. Payouts come fast and on time too. The only thing I would say is would love better guidance on how to make your listings stand out in such a saturated market.

Their customer service really stands out — they actually called to see if I needed help finishing a listing I had sitting in draft. They also gave quick, helpful feedback on my photos so I could get my space live faster. I’ve noticed it’s a preferred platform for indie film crews and students, which makes it a great fit for my venue. Excited to keep growing with them.
