Its so easy to book w Giggster! The website is super organized and clear on instructions on how to search and book. I feel super secure using the site.

I’ve used giggster at least 5 times. I’ve only ever had one issue- the space I booked was in fact being lived in by someone and we couldn’t access the premises. In that situation giggster worked fast to find an alternative so our shoot wasn’t too disrupted. The lesson we learnt, if your space is on an auto book, do not go to the venue until you’ve had direct correspondence with the host. It sounds obvious but a lot of bookings have all the information you need and auto book- they’re take the money- but it doesn’t mean you’ll get that space (even after auto confirmation).

Giggster has been a great resource for renting out my space. I’ve connected with a variety of people looking for a space for their projects and events, and the process from inquiry to booking has been pretty seamless. As a small business owner, I especially value having another avenue to generate revenue from my space when it isn’t being used.

I’ve had a positive experience using Giggster as a host. It’s a reliable platform, and the booking process is simple and easy to manage. I appreciate how easy it is to review and approve bookings, and the platform has provided great exposure for my business and space. The one thing I’m not a fan of is the change in payment options. Giggster no longer mails checks and now only offers ACH payments. Unfortunately, ACH isn’t the most convenient option for my business, and I would really appreciate having checks as an alternative payment method again. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Giggster and would recommend it to other hosts looking for an easy-to-use platform with good visibility.
