You shouldn't market Valentine gifts and then not deliver them by Valentine's day; using the post office is a recipe for disaster, and I had to apologize to my sweetheart for her gift not arriving in time to give it to her on Valentine's Day.
Response from Giftshire Inc - Personalized GiftsFeb 20, 2025
Dear Ron, We sincerely apologize for this situation. The delay in the delivery of your order has not met your expectations, and this is unacceptable to us. Our customer service team will contact you shortly to address this issue and do everything we can to make it right. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Resolving this matter and ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. Best regards,
Daymon S.
