My experience with Gifted Touch has been wonderful. I had a question, chatted with a member of the team online. It wasn’t able to get resolved so it was forwarded to a customer service lead. I figured I would get an email back but instead I was contacted by Jeff, the owner/CEO, who happened to be on an airplane. I can’t express how comforting that was to know that my concern was important enough for the owner to handle. Jeff’s attention to customer relations sets his company apart. He was able to resolve the issue immediately. Thank you so much Gifted Touch! Such a great company to work with and you can tell they truly care about their clients.

Amazing personalized service I couldn’t ask for a better relationship

Customer service was GREAT!!! And the style and retwist was too. As always, I’ve been getting my hair done here for years and now my wife and kids do too.

I ordered an exam chair for my Midwifery Practice. This chair comes with the foot pedals for GYN exams. Jeff & his team provided great communication throughout the process of searching for the best chair, ordering, and receiving the exam chair. Features I love about the exam chair are the strength of the steel, the softness of the leather, and the spa like design. I’m so happy with this purchase

As a medical office, timely access to high-quality supplies is essential, and Jeff at Gifted Touch truly exceeded our expectations. Not only did they promptly provide us with the items we needed, but they also went above and beyond to ensure we had all the necessary resources to properly install and use our equipment. When a set of stirrups broke after just a few uses, Jeff quickly resolved the issue, providing us with a replacement at no additional cost within just a week. Their responsiveness and reliability make them an invaluable partner, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service they've consistently provided. Thank you!!

Jeff was superbly helpful. The exam table is super comfortable and my patients love it. He helped me get the table quickly, which was a lifesaver. Professional and responsive. I am very grateful.

Jeff is super knowledgeable and was a huge help in finding the right table for my needs. Would absolutely recommend buying from him.

They were out of stock on my chair and gave me a better one at no additional cost. I really like the chair!
