Ryan and Naylah contacted us back in 2016, and we worked together for over 6 months, honing their target products until they had their order just right. We provided background information on products, availability, shipping options, discounts for volume, and coordinating logistics. When they were ready to receive, we shipped many many items to their freight forwards in Miami so that the equipment for their practice would make it to Trinidad, where they are based. A True pleasure from start to finish, thank you!!

I'm very pleased with the quality of this company's products. We ordered treatment chairs for our brand new medical spa. They are just gorgeous and the quality of the chairs is beyond our expectations. Customer Service for gifted Touch was incredible. I highly recommend you purchase your medical spa office supplies from Gifted Touch. They aim to please, and that is exactly what they did. My doctors and I are extremely satisfied with these treatment chairs, stools etc... if we could give 6 stars we would! Shipping was fast, the price was phenomenal and the service was impeccable. Thank you Gifted Touch for adding a special "Touch" to our new business!

Great Customer Experience
Owner called me directly. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. Table was delivered one day later. Amazing. Great savings! I've used far more expensive tables, and though I do not have a history of use to report (yet) it seems to be more than capable of doing the job!!!! Attractive table, and thing I like best, is the fact that there are no hydraulics involved. These have always been what fails/causes trouble over time.
