Hi Kathy, We are so sorry for your unsatisfactory experience with the shipping and the delivered item. About the Origin of the item, allow us to explain that we have several factories in US and China. Depending on the orders, we will have them processed at a certain location. Of course, Quality needs to be always at its best no matter where it comes from.
