Great shirt. Great product, and excellent service. The only problem I had was how slow the shipping was but that has nothing to do with Giftago. Any shipping these days is terrible as most people would agree.

I am so pleased with this website! They responded promptly. I got both of my orders within a week. My first hoodie came 4 days after I ordered it. The second one took 3 extra days, so on day 4 when I didn't receive any updates I reached out. They responded within a few hours. The following day I got updated information on the order for my second hoodie. It wasn't supposed to come for a couple weeks both times and I got them 4 days and 7 days after the orders were placed. The quality is great and the designs were exactly what I ordered. The sizes were spot on as well. I will definitely order from them again.

While the shipping time can take a while to go through (during busy times of the year) they did a wonderful job with the item I purchased. I had an issue with delivery with USPS and customer service always responded quickly and with as much information as possible. They were willing to fix the issue when there was one with USPS, though it eventually didn’t need to be fixed. I will definitely be reordering from here again!
