Dear Gladis Gaxiola, Once again, we are so sorry for your unsatisfactory experience with the order. We understand that you are not happy with the size of the wooden sign. However, you have not provided any evidence such as the measurements of the product for our examination. Thus, it is so sorry that there has not been any compensation decision come up with by our Customer Support Team in this case. We hope for your understanding that we can not issue a full refund just based on your description of the delivered items without any evidence on it. It is very kind of you to get back to us with some realistic images to show the product size so that we can check them out and guarantee your benefit. Thanks for your understanding and we look forward to hearing from you soon. Regards,
