When I purchased this item for $58.40, I thought I would receive a 3D figurine. It turned out to be a cheap cardboard AI image. When I contacted them to get a full refund, they would not give it to me although their policy says they will grant a "COMPLETE REFUND." Their policy says: "Return & Refund Policy: 30-DAY RISK-FREE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE For the reasons stated below, we are prepared to offer you a complete refund for your order if requested within 30 days from the invoice date."

The description says "wooden plaque" but the item is cardboard. False advertisement!! Value should be $10.00 or less. Item is shipped in a bag vs some type of box which proves it is not 3 dimensional. Need some way of getting my money back!

You received my $ 3/4/26 made me wait a month to find out 3/26/26 yesterday that a package was delivered but actually never was delivered and scammed me. I bought a custom blanket for my friend who lost his dog to cancer and you have ruined my special gift. You’re company does not to good business and I read that on the reviews about people eating a long time for there delivery an sometimes didn’t receive there paid for product. I have contacted my bank and you will return my $73.00 soon.

While it took longer to get the order than I thought it would, the product is wonderful. My husband bought me one 2 years ago and my granddaughters both wanted on for their birthdays this year. They are so cute!

I love the blanket.I had received one and loved it as well. What was disappointing was the wait time. I thought the company was based in the USA. There was no indication of how long it would take for the item to arrive.

This is my 3rd blanket purchased from this company and we absolutely love them. They have become our go to baptism gifts. Super soft and great quality.
