Hi Gina, on behalf of our team, I am truly sorry for the unsatisfactory experience you had while placing the order on our website. However, since our system recorded that you choose size Large for your hoodie, we fulfilled and sent you the hoodie in the correct size you selected. It is really sorry but our policy does not allow me to offer a full refund or a replacement for you in this case. Besides, if the tumbler was defective, please kindly send me a picture of evidence, I will examine this problem and resolve it for you.
