Well I never recieved it my order.. and I try get touch with someone talk. Last person I talk said I have to pick up my order to the postal office. I went to postal office and don't have it. I call back to many times to the phone number you have on you website no body answer... if can't find my order please ge me my money back please

NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION HERE
I must say, as a customer I am highly disappointed that there was not enough effort put into the SATISFACTION of the CUSTOMER! I purchased one of their premium blankets, and the picture that I sent in, was of an African man whose complexion was light brown, but when the blanket arrived, the photo on the blanket was so dark, I could barely recognize who it was. I was highly disappointed, but when I made this known to Giftago, all they would do, was offer a 10% discount. Nice gesture, but this blanket meant more to me than a refund of $9. There was a hint of the light brown coloring in the fabric, soooo, If you have a small amount of the lighter brown already in the fabric, then that shows me that Giftago could remake the blanket with that lighter brown, to better fit my friend's TRUE COMPLEXION. I guess they think that all African Americans are DARK COMPLEXION. Evidently Giftago does not understand the value of customer satisfaction. I will never purchase from their company again!

For the price I expected a little more
The product was beautiful and I love your idea, but for the amount of money I spent I was expecting a blanket, what I got was something smaller than a towel. I felt it was the ad was misleading. It’s also not a practical gift, what can she do with something so small? I thought that the beautiful scripture lined “blanket“ would wrap her up and be nice and cozy but really it’s just something to drape on a chair perhaps . I’m disappointed
