deli department- anyone else notice when you need food from the deli the associates act like they’re just so inconvenienced to have to help you? every time I go to this store this is my experience. the last time was with a woman that had eyelashes that looked like caterpillars and red clown lipstick. Didn’t even know the items she was supposed to be in charge of. Anywho, I politely said sorry to bother you and moved on with my day. Won’t be going back to this store.

I want to praise the caterer manager for their chicken. I order 50 pieces of baked and fried chicken. The chicken was a hit at my HOA event. The fried chicken was perfect. The bake chicken had so many spices, it was just so good. Everyone wanted to know where I got it. I told them, Giants in Lorton off Ox road. The other Giants that I tried were not good or did not presented their packages nicely. The caterer manager told me that she made the chicken herself. Great job and I really appreciate your effort.

I went to the Giant on Centerville Road Lancaster. Every year i order a large chocolate chip cookie cake for my son’s birthday and it has always been amazing. But this time was a different story. The cake was so hard and I believe it was the 1st time the person ever decorated a cake! I was so embarrassed to serve the cake. The cake decorator then put the cookie cake in a huge sheet cake box and the cake was sliding all over the place.

i used the app to fill a order for delivery....took me almost an hour to pick out the things i needed, i am vegan, selections are slim. i was ready to check out, when i was prompted to sign in. so i signed in. the app emptied my cart....this is the only app that i use that did this.. please fix this. Giant may have lost a lot of orders this way, because i don't feel like doing this again.

I go to the giant on Quentin Road in Lebanon, Pa. The store may be clean but is so old and worn looking you can’t tell. They are frequently out of stock of various items throughout the store. They don’t carry certain quality items like the imported Parmesan cheese, they don’t have a good variety of gluten free products, too much junk food especially candy which they have a display you pass after going in before you even get to the produce section. I feel bad for parents with small children because that’s the first thing they see. Not a great selection of red meat although they do have good ground beef choices. Their prices are what you would expect with inflation being what it is. If I went in there for the first time I would probably think they might be going out of business. I gave it a year but think I have to take the majority of my business elsewhere.

I had the most awesome experience with Chris at the Online pick up order department at the Giant in Haymarket, Merchants View Plaza today. I was missing an item from my online order and had just come from the doctor dealing with knee issues, he went above and beyond to be sure the item I needed was included in my purchase without me having to retrieve with my knee issues. I want to thank Chris for his amazing customer service. This occurred at around 5:30-6:00 today, August 1.
