My order was scheduled for 1 - 2 pm. It did not come. There was nothing online. I called customer service and was told the driver did not want to deliver my water and took the order back to the store. Giant did not contact me. Customer Service told me they would send the order again. It came around 4 pm. The delivery service is not satisfactory with third party delivery. It was much better when Giant had the delivery truck. Third party drivers are not prepared with carts to bring orders to customers.

This iss a mess of a grocery store. Over priced,under stocked and expired goods. or some reason the have no small shopping carts that are not convenient for the over 40 percent o the population in the New Hope pa area that are single or need to pickup a half of dozen items. I was told that all the small carts are out for repair...? I have used them in the last 5 months and had no problem with most other then a noisy wheel. here and there. I think this is a line of BS trying to get you to get a bigger cart to get more over priced crap in them. I'm willing to drive an extra 6 miles to ACME then deal with the greedy Dutch!

I'M SURPRISED YOU HAVNT CHARGED CUSTOMERS TO PARK IN THE LOT. WHAT HAPPENED TO FREE HAM VOUCHERS. I STILL HAVE SOME YOU DONT HONOR. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU AFTER SHOPPING WITH YOU 20+ YRS. TARGET NEXT DOOR IS CONSIDERABLY LESS EXPENSIVE AND WE'VE CHOSE TO MAKE ENDS MEET THERE. EVEN YOUR EMPOLYEES HAVE MENTIONED THEY CANT AFFORD YOUR PRICES. EVEN YOUR PHARMACY ISNT COMPETITIVE. WE USED TO ENJOY SHOPPING WITH YOU BUT IT ISNT IN OUR BUDGET. AND WE'RE A 6 DIGIT INCOME. IMAGINE HOW IT FEELS BEING ON S.S.I. GIANT DIRECT - ORDER# m778327513 Negative experience on 6/11/26 when ordering online. Would love to know what is going on with GIANT’s online Delivery software? In order of priority, I’ll begin with the following: • glitches in software? After my order was delivered on 6/12/26, little by little I began remembering at least 5 food items I absolutely placed in Cart that somehow did NOT make it into their system, so that these items could be viewed! These were FOOD items I needed for my family! I know for certain the glitch was not on my end, as I have the latest software version iPhone. • Careless (?) mistakes with honoring their SALE PRICES: I purchased numerous items on sale, clipping the correct coupons, as instructed. Yet, when all was said and done, on the final receipt emailed to me, I observed that I was charged the original price! Called Customer Service (CS) on 6/12, CS agreed it was their error, and I was credited for the correct “Sale” amount. In addition, a BOGO offer was not honored either. Shoppers beware - sharing so that other shoppers will not experience this. This should not be happening. GIANT, do better - please be thorough and honor your sale prices.

There is a lot that needs improvement at Giant Food. To begin, their point of sale software on the self-checkout registers is horrible. Very touchy and no matter how careful you are, you will likely end up needing assistance from one of their staff to clear some error or mis-checked item. And the fact that they are obviously cutting back on staff means you will likely have to wait. Also, their "digital coupon" system means that I need to have 1 more username and account to remember and reset every other time I go there. Just issue coupons in your flyers, or offer them to the member tag/card holders via a swipe. I'm in-store and want to "clip" a digital coupon, and the store doesn't get cell reception unless I go up to the front windows with my phone to access the web site. I've often gotten meats from the deli dept that were suspicious looking when I got them home (like already bad looking). Finally, their selection is often poor in some specific areas. The only real thing they have going for them in my case is their location is convenient. Biggest improvement they could make is to change the POS register system and offer coupons in their paper flyers or just by virtue of having the frequent shopper card. This is not an issue just from a recent visit. This has been a frustration ongoing for years with them.

For many more people, times are hard. Gas prices are up, food prices are up, college graduates have difficulty getting jobs…why oh why do we have to take yet another step to get the lowest price on food? Will all seniors know how to or remember to do this? Will people with disabilities? Veterans with PTSD? Who are you benefiting? Giant benefits. The most vulnerable and those who don’t have the extra time to figure out and comb thru the app to find the coupons will pay more. But Giant benefits, yay for Giant, right?

I talked to the lady Miss Nola for three days about a Dr Pepper cake she told me to call Monday morning to order the cake for her to just tell me she did not have time to get it ready for Thursday very bad business

I go to the giant on Quentin Road in Lebanon, Pa. The store may be clean but is so old and worn looking you can’t tell. They are frequently out of stock of various items throughout the store. They don’t carry certain quality items like the imported Parmesan cheese, they don’t have a good variety of gluten free products, too much junk food especially candy which they have a display you pass after going in before you even get to the produce section. I feel bad for parents with small children because that’s the first thing they see. Not a great selection of red meat although they do have good ground beef choices. Their prices are what you would expect with inflation being what it is. If I went in there for the first time I would probably think they might be going out of business. I gave it a year but think I have to take the majority of my business elsewhere.
