I'm not amazed by this vape. I think I may have got a faulty unit. Customer Service Sucks. I've tried numerous times and no one helps. Vapor has always came out hot, it doesn't produce clouds and there is little to no taste.

my first unit the door latch broke so i contacted bruce in 4 days i had a new unit ive never known a better service also besides the door issue build quality is solid and boy it packs a punch
