I ordered from this company a week ago. I've received no shipping/tracking information and they have not responded to emails sent or voicemails left. Bad business. Will be doing a charge back. Don't order from them.

Gotta keep it real bro. I had a bad experience BUT they did eventually send me exactly what I ordered. I'm not sure what the issue is but it made it and I can get back to making my stuff. Thx guys.. I hope to come back and try again. Maybe I can change this next time.

HAD a subscription. Charged my VISA on 4/24, created mailing label 4/30. Items had not left warehouse by 5/4 so cancelled subscription and THEN they managed to email stating items had shipped. Between 5/4 & 5/5, attempted to call 10x. No one answered, voice mail not set up. Sent many, many emails which all remained unanswered. Filed a complaint w/BBB on 5/6. Filed a dispute with VISA on 5/4 for refund. Items FINALLY arrived on 5/22 and as usual were broken (chocolate bars) as their packaging is substandard. Created a subscription with a competitor on 5/4 and received those choc bars on 5/6! Now that's customer service! I ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend purchasing online from Ghost Vapors. At first all goes smoothly, but then.....it becomes a totally unacceptable experience! Spend your money elsewhere!
