The videos are bad - they stuff too much unnecessary info. in the intro. video - approx. 18 minutes. spare yourself - read the quick start guide and try the product - it is awesome! Much better than a kandypen mv-1. Much easier to use (you wouldn't think that watching the video) and the draw is much smoother. Guys, do your customers a favor and do a SHORT video that is concise.

Ordered my MV1 on!8/23/19 and little over a week the latch to the door stopped working. Made out a ticket the 8th of Oct I replied too Bruce on the 9th too verify my address for return labels and to order my MV1 replacement I still have not heard anything back. I just want my replacement I really enjoyed it before the latch to the door problem. Thanks

Should come w/ extra or advice to purchase extra crucible lids. They’re the part that gets clogged quicker. Often if u do t pack the crucibles just right u don’t get the hits u were expecting without stirring them, which is tricky & messy. Should have a type of funnel spoon to empty it into then back into crucible so less is wasted
