Ghost Vape MV1 I have to share my experience with Ghost Vapes ... these guys are incredible with customer service !! When I first ordered the MV1, it got here in 2 days! Worked OK for a bit, but then got stuck between updating & pairing. I emailed the company and was surprised to get such rapid response from Virgil. He walked me through several things to try and we were able to get it working manually, before it locked up again. Virgil shipped out a replacement immediately, without any further questions or delay !! I received the replacement, which works even better than the 1st one!! He took excellent care of me, truly taking care of everything! I DEFINITELY recommend this vape, but more importantly, deal directly with Ghost Vapes ... they truly care about the customer !!!

I would like to say that I have been using my GHOST MV1 Vaporizer for the last two months this really is a truly fantastic convection vape. I recommend this vaporizer to anyone looking for a high-end device with true performance which is consistent with every session. One extremely happy customer. 🤘🏼🌿😎

The unit itself is top notch and exceeded my expectations. I had some trouble with the app connectivity, so I created a ticket. Virgil got back to me the same day & we established a dialogue. After some resetting of features on my phone, it worked. But Virgil still wanted to be sure. So I sent him a diagnostic screenshot to be sure. It was all good. So far so good. I highly recommend the Ghost MV1. Once, registered, it has quite the warranty, is shipped in 2 days. Jeremy

customer service is terrible. Ive been trying all day to make contact by phone. All I get is a recording. Absolutely disappointed with this company. When I press 1 for sales it doesn't connect me to anyone then when I press 2 for customer service it goes to voicemail. This has been the most annoying transaction Ive been a part of in a long. They blew it with me.

Product arrived at my address in Denmark in just 2 days. I was not charged for international express shipping costs and a quick charger that for some reason was included, probably a one-time offer. Great product. Vape air is cool and won’t hurt your throat. Taste and smell is mild and fresh, like walking on a meadow. The product design, both UX and technology, is really cool. Highly recommended. Probably the best vaper on the planet. Go ahead and order one, you won’t regret it!
