This company is under investigation by the FDA and has thousands of complaints online. Their app and website are constantly glitching, prices constantly changed, support never provides any assistance (they say things are shipped, escalated, being investigated and they never are), and the company refuses to assist you with cancelling your subscription or giving you money back for medication you’ve never received. Get out while you can, I’ve never seen a more sketchy business in my entire life.

Scam artists. Do not use this company. They stole money from my account for a year, by changing their name. Then when I realized the company was still charging me for a membership I had canceled, they refused to return my stolen money even though I had not received product.

Do not use Zealthy! They have not sent my last 2 orders and have still charged me! They somehow lost my account but could still charge me?? I have spoken with customer service which promised to get things fixed and still nothing! No shipment and no refund! This has been ongoing for over a month.

This company bait and switches. Do not believe the prices they advertise. They make you pay $40 just to even see what you’re eligible for and once you pay that amount they try to charge you $800 if you want tirzepatide. Scammy business and also just found out you can buy 3 months supplies of peptide (GLPs) vials for as low as $90 and they’re out here charging people $800 for 3 month supplies. Do not do business with Zealthy.

As soon as they get your payment info they keep running payments even though you pay in full upfront. I canceled my subscription with multiple people and they still kept trying to process payments. I ended up having to cancel my credit card so they no longer had access
