This is a complete scam. If you sign up for their service, they will not cancel it. Even if you cancel it on your own, they keep billing you. There’s no one to call and the emails seem scripted. Beware. I’ve had to contact Visa to cancel it.

Zealthy is the definition of gangster…
Zealthy is the definition of gangster and defrauding the public. They are some offshore company that assumes fake merchant names to rob people blind by stealing credit card information from consumers to charge people for items never purchased and never shipped or received. They are scammers and do not have any live operators or working telephone numbers. Be aware and report them to law enforcement as the Dept of Justice and FBI should be investigating Zealthy for defrauding the public. They are charlatans and steal credit card information while assuming different merchant names to steal from the public and the banks. File police reports and report them to your bank and FBI.

Hello Cassidy! I am truly sorry to hear that you are feeling this way. However, Zealthy is 100% a legal, operating company within the USA. All the pharmacies we use are in the USA. The pharmacies we work with are certified by the National Boards of Pharmacy and are monitored by state pharmacy boards. To provide more clarity, we work with our partner pharmacies that use FDA-registered suppliers to ensure orders are properly developed, processed, shipped, and delivered. We do have a direct phone number, email address, and team that works directly on the messaging board of your account. For help with your account, please feel free to email [email protected], message us in your account, or call us at (877)870-0323. Any of our Zealthy Coordinators would love to help!

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. I told them multiple times to cancel my membership. And they continued to charge my card anyway. I had to cancel my card so they couldn't take anymore money.

Zealthy.com is a predatory and fraudulent business practice.
On 07/29/2025, I entered my information on Zeallthy.com with the intent to purchase a GLP-1 weight loss injection service, advertised at $39.00 for the first month, followed by $99.00 per month. They didn't mention a membership at all.
As soon as I accepted to pay the initial $39.00, I was immediately notified that I was ineligible for the weight loss injection due to my medical history (Type 2 Diabetes and on Insulin). The $39.00 was then deceptively claimed to be for an unwanted "membership," not the advertised weight loss injections.
After several conversations with Zeallthy.com representatives, I secured a refund for the initial $39.00, confirming the cancellation of any service or membership I did not want or qualify for.
Despite the clear cancellation and ineligibility, on 8/29/2025 approximately 30 days later, Zeallthy.com charged my credit card $135.00 without my authorization or consent, again claiming it was for a "membership."
Then another authorized charge again on 09/26/2025: Despite the clear cancellation and ineligibility. On 9/30/2025 approximately 30 days later, Zeallthy.com again charged my credit card $135.00 without my authorization or consent, again claiming it was for a "membership."
I did not receive any service; I was explicitly told I was ineligible for the advertised weight loss injections or any other service, and I actively canceled any implied membership after the initial transaction by several phone calls and emails.
These charges are unauthorized and fraudulent.
I am reporting Zealthy.com as a predatory and fraudulent business practice.

Hi there, thank you for sharing this. I’m truly sorry for the stress and confusion you went through. Being told you were ineligible, canceling right away, and still getting charged would frustrate anyone. You deserved clearer communication and for your cancellation to be honored. I want to personally review what happened and help make this right. Please feel free to email [email protected] with the subject line “TrustPilot-Jojie.” I respond within 1–2 business days and will work with you 1:1. Thank you.
