Dont use this scam company. They continue to charge you after canceling your account. Customer service is a joke. Had to get a new card to stop the billing. Use Ro.com or Hims.com.

I was SCAMMED out of $39 for the medication (first month) and $9.99 for expedited delivery. Without my knowledge, they attempted to pull $899.00 from my card! Initially, they presented themselves as a different company until they couldn't get $899.00 from me.

The people who helped were nice, but after finding out my insurance wouldn’t cover, I didn’t use the service at all but was still being charged. The monthly rate should not be charged until after you actually start to use the services. Charging over $300 for a product and then an additional $150 just for the opportunity is ridiculous
