Horrible. Signed up Dec 13th for weight loss. Was promised 1-2 day response. Heard nothing until I prescribed wegovy on December 22nd. Was told it was sent to my pharmacy and would be preauthed. Never happened. Called, messaged, emailed multiple times a day and finally got a response on December 28th. Was told again it was sent to pharmacy. Still was not. Told my insurance shows me inactive so they can’t preauth, I spoke with insurance for an hour and every way they checked I DO show active (so zealthy was lying) this continued through Jan 4th where they called me at SIX THIRTY A.M. to cancel my subscription (but not give a refund) because “there must be something wrong with your pharmacy” The zealthy scam: they “prescribe” the medication but make it impossible to get, meanwhile continually harassing you to order their “generic” version of the medication that they can ship “right to your door”. I received multiple solicitations from them stating to “skip” the pharmacy and use their “compound” medication instead. The generic is NOT APPROVED AND IN FACT FDA HAS RECOMMENDED NOT TAKING ANY GENERICS BECAUSE IT IS A SALT COMPOUND. What they do is make the prescription impossible to get until you give up and accept their generic version that you pay them for. Dangerous!!! Scam!! Beware of this company!!!
